2. Products Farma manufactures submersible pumps for agricultural, domestic, and industrial use. Products must be used as intended. Specifications may change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices may vary based on quantity, location, and applicable GST. Delayed payments may result in order cancellation.
4. Delivery Delivery timelines are estimates. Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence.
5. Warranty Products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from improper installation, voltage issues, dry running, or unauthorized repairs.
6. Returns Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects within the warranty period. Installed or tampered products are not eligible.
